Lennon
Lennon, her two sisters, and mom were saved on Christmas Day when they were discovered in a wooded area by an amazing person, who did not have the heart to leave them. Lennon, only 5 months old at the time, was obviously injured. K-9 Angels Rescue in Houston stepped in to get her the much-needed surgery to repair her broken femur. This was determined to be an older leg injury that had already started to heal on its own. The surgery required a plate and pins costing the rescue $4,000.
She is home with her foster mom recovering and doing amazingly well! She has a long road ahead of her, but she's proven to be one tough cookie and is well on her way to recovery. K-9 Angels will then work to find her a loving furever home.
